Terms and Conditions
Vaccination Requirements
Your cat/s Vaccinations must be fully up to date and a valid vaccination certificate will need to be left with us throughout your cats stay. This ensures that we can maintain a safe and healthy environment for your cat(s). If your cats vaccinations have expired it can take 4 weeks to complete the course. Please note that your cat cannot be accepted without vaccination documentation.
If your cat/s should appear unwell whilst in our care we will contact your own vet, if this is not possible, we will use our own veterinary surgeon. Fees may be applicable.
Any fees incurred as a result of a pre-existing condition will be the responsibility of the owner and must be paid at checkout. All cats will be inspected at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse any cat showing signs of ill health.
Male Cats
Male cats over the age of 6 months must be neutered to stay at the cattery.
Fleas/Worms
Please ensure all cats are treated for worms and fleas at least a week before arriving at the cattery. Should any guest require treatment during their stay, the cost of the treatment will be charged to the owner.
An emergency contact will need to be provided whilst you are away, along with details of your registered vet.
Medication
We are happy to discuss administering any medication for your cat which has been prescribed by a vet.
Food
Premium dried food will be available to all our guests at all times unless otherwise directed by their owner. Please view our 'Food' section for more details.
Insurance
Your cat will be insured whilst they stay with us (excluding pre-existing medical conditions). Any additional costs must be paid by the owner.
Disclaimer
Guest are boarded at the sole risk of their owners. Whilst every care will be taken, Palm View Cattery cannot be liable for illness or injury of any cat in their care.
